Furious

Fury Release through Explosive Breaths

Stand with your feet shoulder-width apart and take a deep breath in.

Destroy-to-Create Exercise

Take an old piece of furniture, a cardboard box, or any other object you no longer need.

Fury Drumming

Use a drum, a table, or any surface that can produce a deep, resonant sound.

Rage Run

Go for a run, but instead of pacing yourself, push your body to its limits in short, intense bursts—sprint as fast as you can, then slow down to catch your breath, and repeat.

Kinetic Sand Smash

Use kinetic sand or regular sand in a container and shape it into something that represents your anger.
