Wisdom Walking

Incorporate transformation & growth into your walking routine. Each week, we creatively engage with a new theme for the first 15 minutes. Then, we walk for 45 minutes, connecting with others or walking mindfully in silence with the layered support of community. Over time, members experience alignment with their inner wisdom and the group develops its own heartbeat. All levels are welcome; walks will have minimal elevation change.
